I love curry with a passion from a subtle korma or a creamy passanda, tikka and birijani hits the spot,but i totally love chicken bhoona!!!

Jugglering we're having quiche too. It just doesn't seem so appetising now :-(

I shall have to dig out a good naan bread recipe for everyone, trouble is, to get a really good texture on them, they do need to be stuck to the inside of a tandoor ........

juggle i dispute that lol, i had a recipe using natural yoghurt, and it was proven in the fridge, rested and stretched into a tear drop shape and grilled on a medium heat!!!!
Yep, puddicat, my recipe used natural yoghurt and fresh yeast as well..... so the taste is there but to get that brilliant crispy texture you need the tandoor oven. I don't really like the supermarket naan breads - they're too *doughy* for me..
