If you want other people to see it you find a suitable site and provide a link.

Click 'browse' until you find the picture on your hard drive and wait a little while.

When your picture has uploaded, copy and paste the IMG code

If you want people to see a picture then go to a site like tinypic http://www.tinypic.com and upload your picture there, you will then be given a link to your picture that you can post on here
