Hiya Sachs,

Its turned quite cold down in South London today. We had heavy rain around lunch time and its just been dull all day. Think I'm going to put my heating on. Luckily I haven't needed to do so until now as its been quite mild. xxx

ohh skyep tell me about it! it was chucking it down in Leeds on my way home, my trousers/soaks/shoes were soaked.. too many puddles. at least i had a brolly!

Yeah, but at least its kind of justified as its now autumn I think. We've had a completely useless summer, rained almost every day of june, july, august and september, and I'm talking probably 90% of the time.

My son is 5 soon, so he's just started to be more aware and be able to express and explain himself. He told me last week that he hates the sun. That is because the poor little ****** has hardly ever seen it and that's a full year of his young life spent indoors most of the time due to rain.

So, yeah it is depressing.

I had Special K, 2 sandwiches made from Nimble bread, stir fry with prawns and some cheese tortellini. Since Pasta posted the Food Focus website I have been logging all my food and exercise. Its quite good actually.

I feel fine actually Sachs. I had some Walkers baked crisps as well and I'm having a mango for my dessert. I feel quite stuffed after the tortellini though.
