Me and the wife are have a discussion about the guy in the American Pie video by Madonna as I say it was the guy out of Nip/Tuck season 1. He played a character called Sylvia Lopez I think anyway!!

There are many people in the video but if you are referring to the only person who actually interacts with Madonna then that is indeed her friend, actor Rupert Everett and not Jonathan del Arco who played the transsexual Sofia Lopez in Nip/Tuck.
