I'm about 8 miles outside glasgow and my yoga teacher is lovely. I know she does other classes so if you could tell me where you are and how far you'd be willing to travel, I could find out if any of her classes would be suit you. It's Dru yoga she teaches and the class is a good mix of beginners and more experienced with everybody working to their own level and getting plenty of support.
