There are very few airlines (or groups of airlines) who've got enough routes (and the ticketing flexibility) to offer 'round the world tickets'.

The number one choice (especially if you need to include South Africa) is probably the partnership of Qantas & BA (with several other airlines). This is their official booking website:

Virgin also has partnerships with other airlines (such as Singapore Air and Air New Zealand) to offer RTW tickets (including Jo'burg) but they seem to be based upon fixed itineraries rather than offering the true flexibility that Qantas & BA offer:

Definitely give Trailfinders a go... I've used them for long haul a fair few times and would thoroughly recommend them.
