No but apparently there's a statue of him in Tallinn or somewhere in Estonia because he was honorary mayor or something!

Yes thats it....but begs the question how did an aged American foul mouthed but fantastic rocker qulaify to become mayor of Tallinn. And we have that man in London who cannot apologise....but then neither can his erstwhile leader so there we are

I seem to recall he was appointed by Vaclav Havel as a trade or business amabassador to the Czech Republic.
