You really will not believe it

I was just up on the power srtation and I was getting out my pen to mark some steel work on a drawing. Any way its dark here about 8pm. After a lot of looking very intensely and thanking the great lord almighty that I eat a lot of carrots I went with the pen to scratch an itch I had on the tip of my nose when the worst thing happenned to me.

Please if you are faint hearted do not read on.....

As I scratched my nose with the pen it somehow dislodged the cover/lid of the pen. Before I could say realdoll it had started its decent over 50 metres down the boiler hitting steel all the way. I couldnt believe it. It was a STABILO Liner 808 F (maybe made right here in Hong Kong). It is my favorite pen and now with out a lid. I could nearly cry.

Anyway it turns out that there is a box of them in the office so I just threw it in the bin and got another one. Anyone had any heart fealt sinmilar experiences?
