Once again in work with no access to translation server!
I've just started to learn Danish to compliment my girlfriend's excellent English.

She's given me this small sentence to translate :-

Haber (with a circle over the a) solen ma (circle again) skinne pa (circle) din dag.

To me and my simple dictionary it literally translates as :-

Hope the sun may shine on your day

Could shaneystar2 or swedeheart or anybody with Scandinavian expertise tell me if this exact or should it more like - I hope the sun shines on you today.

Thanks for any help as always (M)
