There's obviously a knackj to wrapping these up [a] so it looks neat & [b] so all the filling does fall out!   Any tips/hints/pictures on how best to do it?

I always fold the bottom up as well as the sides in , which seems to keep the filling in place ok. The knack is not to overfill.

fill it 3/4 of the way to the end, tuck the bottom bit of the wrap up over some of your filling, then wrap the edges in really tight. that way you get more filling in than anyone else at the table and also don't spoil your outfit. once you've been doing it for a while, you can get really good at putting huge amounts of filling in and still not spilling it everywhere!
