The Least Little Thing

I don't know about everyone else but my wife looks for something to complain about. Some time ago when it was really cold I took my bike up into the bedroom to carry out some urgent maintenance and generally clean it. I did so because it was a lot warmer up there than downstairs. When the wife came home she hit the roof. I wouldn't have minded but trying to be considerate I deliberately left the sidecar in the garden.

what exactly did she complain about?
was it perhaps the tyre marks all the way up the stairs, or the paint you scraped of the door trying to get it in the bedroom.....or maybe the oil and petrol that dripped all over the carpet....or the fact that she can't walk about in safety for fear of tripping over the bits of bike all over the floor....or for the awful fact that it might actually smell!!

Good lord man....I hope you told her off about her nagging.

i know lew whats wrong with women !. i get the same reaction from my wife for stripping and cleaning my bike engine on the kitchen table.

Well, daniela, yes, but about from all that there wasn't any harm. And no, I wouldn't dream of telling her off. I wasn't prepared to make mountains out of molehills. And tony, you and me both mate. Some women have no consideration.
