Can anybody help with 22 across move noisily:- C?A?H, I thought of either crash or clash but neither make sense to the clue, also 43 down Dull:- M?N?A?

I have crash and menial I thought the same about crash!
I had doubts about CRASH (looked half a dozen
dictionaries) all the dictionaries and I still can't
do this crossword.

Many thanks for your help, like poor tony I also checked the dictionaries and thesauruses etc., my wife has a Franklin Wordmaster, and I even checked the online dictionaries yet none of them gave the answer I was looking for.
Whilst I am on the subject of this particular crossword, my wife has put FACTOR for 5 across, Scottish land agent, does anybody know if this is the correct answer
