no i dont clery, I used to brew beer, but at thirty gals a time I couldn't get enough mates in the porch to drinkit all,

Still got the pressure barrells but trying to give them away now, and i only do wine.
Logic, I mean do you need to make it harder or softer?
Oh sorry i thought you meant turn it into ale, as in burton brew,

No i do not use tap water at all now, only bottled water, as it has no chlorine or zinc, or alluminium salts in it.
