we watch freeview channels thru satellite dish and im pretty sure we never used to get the above channels. im convinced we got struck by lightning a couple of weeks ago, and ever since then weve got these. should i be able to get these channels without paying any subscriptions to anyone?

i get them with freeview, laways have done, i expect your channels just needed updating

Here here to lightening. Attach a lightening rod to your house and next time it strikes you may find yourself with pinky and perky channels too.

E4 & More4 are free to view, but they do cost you in the long run.

For example, you may suffer from an overdose of Friends (24/7 ad infinitum) which can lead to at best Sore Remote Thumb Syndrome, at worst severe nausea, sickness and diarrhoea.

Another bolt of lightning may well be a blessing.
