Wouldn't have thought so. Being 'On your Jack (Jones)' just means 'On your own'.
The earliest use of 'Jack (Jones)' as rhyming slang for 'alone' appeared in a book of military slang published in 1925. The singer of that name was not even born until the 30s, so...no.
