Did anyone see last night's Smallville ('Run')? Was the little fast dude supposed to be the Flash? He was wearing red and little 'Flash' style lightning bolts about his person.

yeh you are right. check out www.kryptonsite.com tells you all about it on there. Apperently clark was supposed to meet Bruce Wayne in this series too!?! but i doubt it.

My hubby thought it was supposed to be the Flash too, and he laughed when the kid made a reference to finding others like them and starting a League.  I didn't get it but he explained that they do form the League of Justice?!!

adding to goddess's answer.. in the animated series of the justice league (in america) michael rosenbourm (Lex) does the voice of the flash!!
