I have bought the above and now need a new filter for it, just discovered they re �5 each !!!! went to Tesco where i bought it, they looked at me like I was a looney and said buy any filter, where can I buy the correct filter and possibly a little cheaper pls.Dont want to buy one line, just been victim of card cloning.

Might be worth phoning your local Currys to see if they stock them. Our local store don't carry stock but will order them for you. I think they said it takes 2 weeks!! I rang a couple of other branches and they sid the same thing.

In fact much as I love this product I have stopped using if for the whilst as I have found it really difficult to buy the filters without using the net.

You would think that shops that stock the kettle would stock the filters!!

I have one of these too. I live in the northwest of England. Our water is quite soft. I used the filter that came with it. When it was time to replace it, I tries it without the filter and it has been fine. Can't say that I've noticed any difference!
