My Saab 9-3 has started to shudder at low revs in high gear... notably when it is cold in first or around 30mph in 4th gear.

Someone mentioned drive pulleys?

Your 9-3 should have a Vauxhall 2.0 dti engine in it, no drive pulley problems that I know of with that engine, sounds more like an air flow meter problem to me, get someone who can read live data to plug into it
