They've increased the threshold from �125k to �175k for 1 yr - do you think it will help??

if people arent moving onwards then there wont be any of the lower priced properties to sell

Not that I know of, I'm sure it only said the lower threshold but I may be wrong - it was just a breaking news clip I saw.
