what's the average internal temp a computer should reach my digital readout is nearly always 40c,this seems a lot.all when all i'm doing is mainly surfing, the fans are clean and running no dust inside anywhere, all the vents are clear . there's 4 hard drives and 3mb memory + plentium 4 processor inside ( i know this is a well loaded comp for mainly surfing and doing photos but i had it given from my nephew,as he's just gone APPLE MAC)
should i be concerned

40C is a perfectly normal temperature and well within the performance limits of all CPUs:

If anything, on the cool side. My laptop usually averages about 60 C.
