Does anyone know the name to a 1970's classic Funk song, African American Or Caribbean American. band,

It about 6 - 8 mins long and There no singing in it for about first 3- 4mins and then it like a rap.....

it does sound synthesize but it sound relaxed and cool
it a weird sounding song, Very Hip, cool relxing, chilling out.

The synthesize., is only with the second beat.

there is two beats one stays the same while another which is the synthesize goes up in sound and then down in sound. but it sound relaxed and cool.

I have no idea about the lycis as its the tune I like.

I have heard it a couple of time on TV.

Note: its not
