Where could you get photographs transferred onto material?

Thinking of a large peice of cotton that I want to transfer a photograph to and blow the photograph up too - would a printers or a sign writers do it. Any other suggetions greatly received?

I've done this at home by scanning a photo, enlarging the image, and printing it onto a T-shirt using iron-on T-shirt transfer paper. The image has to be 'flipped' before it's printed, otherwise you get a reversed image when you apply it to the material.
I've also heard that if you photocopy the image using a colour photocopier, then cover it with PVA glue and place it on a tshirt or similar, the image will transfer onto the tshirt

Never tried it myself though!
