Recently re-painted the ceiling and although I thought I had covered the tv well - I obviously didn't! Does anyone know of a safe way of removing tiny paint drops from a LCD tv screen? I'm too scared to tackle it without advice...

The safest way is to dilute warm water with a few drops of Fairy Liquid and use cotton wool to rub it off.

Do not use solvent base liquid otherwise you'll ruined the paint coating as I have learned the hard way.

Would you suggest I use this method on the screen itself ? As it is the LCD screen which has been splashed with emulsion.
Thanks...
Yes it quite safe to use this method to clean LCD screens. I always cleaned my laptop/TV screen this way. Becareful not to let any excessive liquid run down the bottom of the screen edge this might seep in contact with the electronic circuits and will short circuit your TV.

Do not use tissue paper on the screen it's too abrasive. It's fine for the casing. Only use cotton wool for the screen.

Good luck.
brillow pad
and dont worry

you got insurace havn't you?
Use a wipe (preferably nappy wipe) as they have a cream/oil base. The drips will slips off the screen. wipe clean with tissue.
