If both have inrfared (likely) or bluetooth (more unlikely) you can enable it and get a communication between the two devices. If both of these are unavailable you can get a USB data cable for your model of phone from many of the mobile phone shops. I bought one for my sony phone and it cost �30 (but works really well).

Stoppp!!!! You may not need to buy any leads to do this...

I emailed a photo from my motorola to my PC. Yes, even I managed it so it was quite easy.. The hard part has been getting it back to my phone after repair despite buying a USB cable from an ebay auction.
