Hi, ive got a dilemma and not sure where i stand, its a long story so please bear with me.....
i left my husband 6 years ago, i had 2 children of mine and also one with my husband, when i left he begged that i would leave our daughter with him as he was left with no one. she was 2 years old at the time and reluctantly i agreed,
She came around today and has asked if she can now live with me and her brother and sister,
Nothing was ever done through the courts so i am wondering if its a simple case of me saying yes to her wishes or whether if he doesnt want her to go he make make things very difficult.
hes constantly moaning at her and never ever plays with her, hes 61 and she feels she wants to be with us in my house as a family unit here.
i dont want to say yes to her until i know all the facts.

as both parents yee are the legal guardians of your children. If yee both agree to your daughter moving to live with you that is legally binding. If yee dont agree you may want to seek legal advice to pursue custody. Good luck
