Tape to USB drive. Is there such a thing?

Tape to USB drive. Is there such a thing? I know you can get tape to 3.5mm jack to play an MP3 player but what i'm after is an adapter so i can put a MP3 stick or either a player straight into the tape drive. I'm sure it's possible

copy voice cd to computer

Just buy a cheapo USB stereo for a few pounds more.
