What would you do without Chatterbank?

Oven cook or microwave it until it is "piping hot".

It's cooked anyway when you buy it, so all you are really doing is heating it through, there are no health risks.

Serve with mashed potato, fresh tomatoes from the conservatory, and loads of salad cream.
How big is it, abstract? I know you won't have the weight in grams, but would it feed 1 or 2 people? And is it in a foil container or a microwaveable one?
hello.

i beleive thats fish pie? they normally take around 40-45mins on 200oc.

but if its frozen just check after 45mins see if the coating is slightly browning and bubbling, if so thats when it is done!!
I have one in the freezer!

Right ok, remove outer packaging and film lid, cook in the middle of the oven, gas mark 7/220 for 50 - 55 mins!!!
