Despite running AVG and Spybot, and defragging the files, my computer is still slow.
An suggestions please?

Same here, just this site, how much ram do you have Theland1? Is your hard drive nearly full, I think that can slow you down.

Just checked the pie chart and th disc is FULL.
I'll try removing some programmes.

Sorry, wrong disc.
Disc is actually capacity 38,
in use 14
free space 25.

Done a scan and removed 4 trojans and a load of tracking cookies, also used disc cleanup.
Seems better now.
