Can somebody please tell me how to set up the email in Outlook Express because I've followed all the settings and it just won't work.

If you mean setting up the mail servers, then you need to know the name of them. You should be able to get them from your ISP website. Most are type POP3 and commonly named 'pop.ISPname.com' for incoming mail and 'smtp.ISPname.com' for outgoing mail.
