you should not need to do anything to the plug,it will come with the gap pre done.

i need to replace the spark plugs though + my manual doesnt give me any information

If you buy the correct plugs for your engine there is no need for adjustment.

they come with the right gap already,so dont touch them,just put them in.

My dad used to slide a knife into the gap of a spark plug and gently hammer to fit. He then used a metal nail file to file out any sediment......hope this helps.

According to the Ford Fiesta Owner's Guide, the correct gap is 1.3 mm for the type AYFS22C original equipment spark plug.
