My Credit card company has made a payment of 1500 into my bank account in error. There is no transaction on the account for this payment.
They now want the money back: where do I stand legally?

Hi andrew1707, what was the outcome of this situation?

Well apparently the CC company can just ask my bank for the money back and my bank only needs to send me a letter to tell me they are refunding the money, not ask me, but just tell me........bah. Still I got 2 month of interest.
