Please help - Outlook problem

Hi
I am having trouble getting my out of office reply to work. I have created a template, set up al the rules like "when new mail arrives" "with my name in the To box" etc, and clicked the box to turn the rule on, but it's not working

Any ideas????

To make matters worse, I have just discovered that my Out Of Office message has somehow been sent out to about 20 people who haven't even emailed me!
