Birmingham - cheap accomodation

Does anyone know of any hostels in Birmingham city centre?  As in, backpacker type places with dorm rooms.

type birmingham in and search..when the page opens up go to birmingham city council site its about 4 down ..when you go into the page just type hostels in and you get a list..i know it works as i have just tried for you..

Thankyou, I just tried that... however, I think they are hostels for homeless people... I'm looking for budget accomodation!

fairy   go to hostelworld.com   and they have hostels in bham which are not for the homeless..sorry about that..i know bham well so if you have any questions post here..

There are a few YMCA type hostels in Bham.   Also look at the website  "   cheap hotels in Birmingham"
