Hi Everyone!

I could do with some help...I have a male family member who is about to celebrate their 60th birthday but im having a problem in knowing what to get!!

He doesnt have any particular hobby and not a massive football fan..he's not looking forward to his special birthday but i would still like to get a special gift..

Any ideas please?

Does he have a favourite group or film? My dad was a huge fan of the Shadows, especially Hank Marvin, so for his 60th we got a photo of the band and photoshopped it so dad replaced one of the band members. Did similar for my uncle putting him in a scene of his favourite film. Gave them a good laugh and was proudly displayed on the wall thereafter.

Following on from the above answer, if he has a favourite actor or series of films or tv series you could look if there is a DVD box set you could buy him. Examples are Star Trek (the original series), Ealing comedy, John Wayne, Hitchc0ck, Columbo etc
