How do I turn on the audio inputs (the phono sockets on the rear, where multiplayer plugs in) on my Panasonic car radio model CQ-DFX100N, so I can plug a laptop in and play mp3's

The way I do it is to use the cassette adapter you can get for portable CD players. This has a standard 3.5mm stereo jack that should plug into your laptop (I use my PDA for the same thing)
