Well I finished my two weeks of eating cereal, how boring. I stuck to it and even when I couldnt have cereal for some reason at lunch I had it for tea instead. And even when I was ill and had no milk in I ate it dry and for what I tell you about 2lbs loss. Woop Woop. I wouldnt bother if anyone thinks it works.

Have you checked if you've lost any 'inches' rather than weight?

I didnt check my inches before so dont know
i swear by the 3 day diet to get quick results, (just google it you'll find loads of links)...i always find that it's just what i need to kickstart me into watching my portions and calories etc.

well no wonder you lose weight on that, just had a look. Coffee coffee more coffee ooh and a cup of tuna :-)
re cabbage soup i first did it when I was 16 i think, I am 6ft and a big build with size 10 feet but I weighted like 17 stone from memory, which slowly piled on over the years, I carried the weight well on my big frame but it reduced the amount of clothes I could buy and i had to shop in Evans which is not good for a kid aged 16. May I add i didnt eat any junk food just home cooked meals from a northern cook lol

So I was reccomended this diet by a family friend I did it for a few weeks from memory i lost

week1 - 1 stone
week2 =1 stone
week3 - 3/4 stone
week4 - 1/2 stone

couple weeks break eat healthy maybe put couple pounds on

week 7 - 1 stone
week 8 - 3/4 stone
week 9 - 1/2 stone

after maybe put 2 pounds on

so I lost around 5 stone and have kept it off ever since im 27 now
great results what..the? but isn't it all about re-learning how to eat?? If your telling yourself to 'eat' cabbage stew couldn't you 'tell' yourself to eat a pasta salad?

I'm 5ft6in & 9 1/2 stone (just right I believe, but a bit of toning wouldn't go a miss lol) 3-4 years ago I was 13 1/2 stone but I never dieted!! I grilled instead of frying & filled up on veg (easy for me coz I do like veg,but the secret here is cook..better if you steam..a veg you really like) I've stayed this weight for well over 2 years now, I still enjoy 'bad foods' but as a treat not all the time :)
yes it is about re-educating yourself but I aways find going on an actual plan helps me to change my diet and then in the long term I can make some of my own choices. But to start to eat healthier is difficult for some and therefore a plan is a good stepping stone.
