i was just wondering if I could make a lasagne with lamb mince? does anyone have a recipe? just fancied trying it for a change.

Of course better going for moussaka, the greek dish just go to the bbc website or google the recipe,its similar too lasagne but done with aubergines and white sauce and potatoes

thanks for your response but I dont really like aubergine.
just make lasagne anyway the flavour will be slightly different but not such a shock!!!

trying to crack a non funny knowledge
Lamb mince doesn't really work with lamb, as the lamb flavour is too overpowering. I would make lamb burgers, and if you fancy an alternative for beef for lasagne, pork mince works really well

I just re-read my post! What an idiot! I meant to say LASAGNE doesn't work well with lamb mince! Sorry
