deleting only some cookies

I don't want to use the Tools option to delete all my cookies. Can I find my way to the folder with cookies in it so I can choose which to delete? I'm running Windows XP home edition

some people like me have all there cookies deleted on shut down, shouldn't make any difference to your comp except maybe a second or two delay when accessing the web page again

click download latest version at the right then thats it
