there used to be a spray on liquid to slow down the growth of hedges, called cutless. i cant buy it anymore and wondered if anyone knew of a replacement-(and please dont say shears, or a gardner or the mrs!!!!!!!!!!)

I dont think there is anything on the market that will do what cutless did. There has been no replacement as far as I am aware.
