I am looking for a well-known work by Vaughan Williams

This puzzle celebrates 4d ,who died 50 years ago this year.
One of his most well-known works is represented cryptically at 15d.

I have established that the theme refers to Vaughan Williams but cannot find a work to fit the letters in place.
I am wondering if it is somehow connected to 'The Lark'
which covers most letters?
