brill bigmamma, thank you - and guess what? I became an auntie again at 2 a.m. yesterday morning! Awwww.
Good to hear you're mending nicely honey , hope you are coping otherwise too sweetie .
Wow , congratulations Aunty Ice , That's lovely , awww indeed :-) xxxxxx
LOL!!! I'm an auntie umpteen times. they seem to er...breed well in our family! Lol. No name for the little chap yet though, but it might be...Frederick.
Gulp. I had a goldfish called Freddie once!

And yes, things are going well. Got my check up in 1.5 weeks, but all seems to be alright. Hope you are as well. xx
Me too Ice , I've been Aunty for years to 11 children , the eldest nephew is 35 now ! I'm onto Grt Aunty now and have 3 , one boy and 2 girls .
Hee , will you be able to keep the goldfish out of your mind if the baby is called Frederick ?
Am I classed as an 'Oldie' if I remember bomb-shelters in the playground of the elementary school I attended as a young gaffer in Newcastle-Under-Lyme?........Just kidding: read it in a book!
Never bigmamma - I'll grin every time "Freddie's" uttered!!! I don't know if that WILL be the name though. He's my sister's fourth child, and the rest are girls. She didn't want to know what they were having this time, but the name Freddie seemed to crop up a lot in conversation!!! Fred used to be the pet-name for her bump! Anyway hun, I don't know if you're still there, but if not - night night to you. xx

Bomb shelter stewey??? First or second time round?????
Well, let me tell you, Ice. The first two weren't too bad: however, the Indian Mutiny really rattled my sabre and caused a horrendous noise in the Khyber Pass, I lost my commission: it went down from 20% to 5%.........Remember the 'Goon Show'?
The GOON Show???? No! Was it a Monty Python thing?
Stewey - which school was that? Not Friarswood I'll wagfer, maybe Ellison Street?

As far as AB goes, I am an 'oldie' and still here ...
I'm an oldie too - still only about 20 mentally though ......... Yeeeeehaaaaaa!

:o)
Oh Stewey you lucky thing, still young and pretending to be old - me? I'm so old I've stopped pretending to be young, no-one believes me any more. And yes, I really do remember the bomb shelters in school playgrounds, and the Anderson shelters in the garden - they always smelt of wee - oh, and the Morrison shelters - a big metal table with lethal corners. But I have some lovely memories too - far too many to list here. :)
The school was St Mary's: on Stanier St I believe.
