Ovulating cycle with irregular periods.

Hi, Afriend has asked me this and I'm embarrsed to say I can't answer her! Can anyone please help?

How do you work out your ovulating time (most likely to conceive) if you have irregular periods including a few months without any?

She is not pregnant. (Yet!)

Hi I also have irregular periods and the only way I could tell was when i ovulated I had a small amount of white discharge for a few days. Also you can buy ovulating test strips which tell you.

I have three children and am 26 weeks prg with fourth.

Thanks Lindsay, she hasn't mentioned discharge (not surprised though!) I will tell her to try the kits.
