I have a frother and some drinking chocolate but don't know what is the best type of coffee to use or in what proportions to mix it up.

Thanks.

about half a teaspoon of regular instant coffee, add your hot chocolate powder. small amount of hot water in the bottom to mix it into a sort of paste, then froth while you add milk. microwave for about 1min 40 (on an 800w microwave, i think) and voila, a nice, low hassle mocha

if you want good mocha, you can get mocha coffee beans from some places - i think costa sell them. then you just make it like normal coffee

Douwe Egberts also sell an instant version.  It's not too bad (well, I keep buying it anyway!).  It can be hard to find tho - so far I've only ever found it in Asda.

Thanks magicdice - I will give that a go.

I've tried the Douwe Egberts' mocha - I didn't care for it much. I think the Nescafe mocha sachets are really nice, but at 2 for eight mugs I've got to find a cheaper way to get mocha'd up!
