everything on my screen as gone large icons, windows , clock, menus toolbar everything its not to do with icon sizes or font sizes as ive tried all them and had no look can anyone help

Hi, right click on your screen and choose the 'personalise option' then choose 'display settings' and then adjust the resolution size - the higher the resolution, the small the items will appear on your screen. Hopefully that should work - good luck - let me know if it did work.

thank you for you help, but no that didnt work it is on the lowest setting. It is like there is a giant magnify glass on the comp lol.

Maybe the magnifier is on... control panel > ease of access . ?
