Did anyone else seem to think that Rose spoke funnily in the last series? Like she had cotton wool under her top lip? Or has she had a trout pout done?

It was almost like a lisp, and I could remember thinking 'why have they made her talk like that'. She hasn't sounded like that in any of the other episodes....?
