HELP! blonde UK singer in a dance video, circa 1985-7
Question is: what is the name of a UK singer/dancer who was playing in a dancer-techno video, doing the singing for a tech group (also UK I believe).
She's blonde, short hair, very thin, dances a lot, is UK. I vaguely remember her name has 3 or 4 letters max, I thought it was Yaz but it's not.
I thought also the song in that video had the word "doctor", but couldn't find it.
