I bought some cold-pressed flax seed oil about a year ago. There is about a third left in the bottle and it has been stored in the fridge the whole time. Is it still safe to take?

Flax seed oil is nortoriously unstable, however, see if the lable lists ascorbyl palmitate (the fat-soluble form of Vitamin C) and rosemary extract., which are natural preservatives. If so, your's is good for about ayear when regrigerated. If it's raw, unfiltered flax seed oil, it's likely to have "gone off" and I'd buy a new one...
Taste it. If it does still taste ok then fine.
