What shape would a flame be in zero-gravity?

If an astronaut was to light a candle in a space-craft. what shape would the flame be? Would it be the same as on Earth - or would the lack of gravity effect it's shape?

the lack of oxygen might not help it's shape too much either!

I would think that most spacecraft that contain astronauts, also contain oxygen!
