I just received a friends invite from someone I know in "Real Life" who is not a member of the Chatterbank FB group. As I am using my screen name ENGTEACH and not my real name and registered that way too, how did she find me? I am not concerned about her, but chose to be ENGTEACH instead of my real name b/c of teaching. Any ideas??

Could she have found you through your e.mail address as you can check your address book for people you know who are already registered or put someone's e.mail in to add them.
Er - they know you in real life? Why should there be an AB connection?

That must be it Jenna. Thanks!

Taichiperson- I just meant it is someone I know not from AB and call one of my friends, as opposed to the AB relationships I have that exist within the confines of AB or The closed FB group.
