Debtor is emigrating

My company is owed money from a company and we have been in litigation for a number of months. The Court has issued an order for full payment with costs. However, it seems as though the Directors are or have emigrated and are selling off their personal assets. Does this mean that I will not get my money or is there a way to prevent them emigrating?

Do you know where they have gone or are going to? Can you find out the address?
If you can, and you have a Court Order (in England and Wales) you can ask the Court for permission to serve Notice in their new country of residence. Once you have this, ask the Court in their new country of residence to act upon the Court Order.
You'll have to look at the time and costs involved with this to know if it's worth the trouble, but it's certainly possible.

The person in question is emigrating to New Zealand and, apparently, has not left yet. I have posted a question on the site of the New Zealand High Commission in London and am awaiting their reply.
I am hoping that if a Liquidator is appointed, he won't be able to leave until his affairs are sorted out.
